Сегодня в нашей стране – День памяти и скорби. Мы вспоминаем, отдаём дань глубочайшего уважения всем, кто погиб в годы Великой Отечественной войны, кто не дожил до светлого мига Великой Победы. В четыре часа утра 22 июня 1941 года несметные полчища нацистской Германии и её европейских сателлитов вероломно напали на Советский Союз. Понадобилось почти четыре года невероятных усилий и невероятных жертв, чтобы сначала изгнать всю эту нечисть с нашей земли, а потом, освободив пол-Европы, задавить гадину в её же логове. В день и час начала Великой Отечественной войны Музейный комплекс «Самбекские высоты» традиционно проводит акцию «Свеча памяти». Сегодня я вновь стала её участницей, как и глава Администрации Неклиновского района Василий Даниленко, руководитель областного Молодёжного парламента Ольга Мирошниченко, студенты Таганрогского института имени Чехова, курсанты лётной школы, представители казачества, общественных организаций. Чуть позже мы вместе с коллегами-депутатами Городской Думы и представителями Администрации города возложили цветы к памятникам и воинским захоронениям на территории Таганрога. Мы все навеки в долгу у поколения победителей, защитившего нашу Родину. Мы никогда не забудем, что они сделали для нашей страны и для всех нас, какой ценой была завоёвана Победа. Today is a Day of Remembrance and Mourning in our country. We remember and pay our deepest respect to all those who died during the Great Patriotic War, who did not live to see the bright moment of the Great Victory. At four o’clock in the morning on June 22, 1941, countless hordes of Nazi Germany and its European satellites treacherously attacked the Soviet Union. It took almost four years of incredible efforts and incredible sacrifices to first expel all these evil spirits from our land, and then, having freed half of Europe, to crush the reptile in its own lair. On the day and hour of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the Sambek Heights Museum Complex traditionally holds a «Candle of Memory» campaign. Today I became its participant again, as well as the head of the Administration of the Neklinovsky district Vasily Danilenko, the head of the regional Youth Parliament Olga Miroshnichenko, students of the Chekhov Taganrog Institute, cadets of the flight school, representatives of the Cossacks, public organizations. A little later, together with our colleagues-deputies of the City Duma and representatives of the City Administration, we laid flowers at the monuments and military graves on the territory of Taganrog. We are all forever in debt to the generation of winners who defended our homeland. We will never forget what they did for our country and for all of us, at what price the Victory was won.
